The role currently open is for an Aircraft Cleaner, a vital position within the organization that directly contributes to the timely and efficient turnaround of airplanes. This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitary condition of aircraft interiors. Duties include cleaning seats, floors, tray tables, and galleys, as well as the critical task of lavatory sanitation and waste disposal. The Aircraft Cleaner also ensures replenishment of essential supplies such as magazines, food, beverages, and liquor onboard to accommodate passenger needs. In this role, associates will carry cleaning equipment and supplies to the aircraft, perform security inspections within the cabin, and help organize and maintain cabin service storage areas. The Aircraft Cleaner plays an integral role in supporting on-time departures by executing their tasks efficiently and adhering stringently to safety protocols and company policies. Shift work is required, with hours potentially during nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime, reflecting the 24/7 nature of the aviation industry. The position demands physical stamina as employees must lift, push, and pull up to 70 pounds regularly, as well as frequently walking, standing, reaching, climbing, crawling, stooping, squatting, kneeling, and bending.
