You will act as the voice of Amazon, assisting with orders, deliveries, returns, and product details, while supporting Amazon's mission to be the most customer-centric company on Earth. Role and Responsibilities Respond quickly and accurately to customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email. Assist with orders, refunds, returns, account settings, and product information. Manage escalated issues with empathy and professionalism. Leverage internal tools to investigate and resolve problems in real time. Adhere to service standards and company guidelines. Accurately document customer interactions in the system. Work with managers and team leads to share feedback, track patterns, and improve processes. Required Skills and Experience High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Basic computer proficiency with the ability to use multiple systems. Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute. Strong organizational and analytical problem solving skills. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. A quiet, distraction free workspace for remote positions. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or call centers. Knowledge of Amazon's products, services, and digital platforms. Experience handling high-volume customer interactions.
