BOOK REVIEWS! Book Review Outreach & ARC Campaign Manager for Nonfiction Business Book

Auto Import

I’m looking for an experienced book review outreach specialist to help with a compliant review campaign for a nonfiction business / leadership book.

This is not a job for fake reviews, paid Amazon reviews, guaranteed 5-star reviews, or anything that violates Amazon, FTC, Goodreads, BookBub, or Upwork policies.

The goal is to build a legitimate reader outreach system that gets the book in front of qualified readers, reviewers, bloggers, podcast hosts, newsletter owners, Bookstagram / BookTok creators, and business book audiences who may choose to leave honest reviews or provide editorial feedback.

What I need help with:

1. Build a list of relevant reviewers and reader communities for a nonfiction business / leadership book.

2. Identify reviewers who have experience with books in entrepreneurship, direct sales, leadership, personal growth, networking, or business training.

3. Help create compliant outreach messages.

4. Track who received the book, who responded, and who may review it.

5. Help coordinate ARC readers, early readers, and editorial review opportunities.

6. Make sure all outreach follows Amazon, FTC, and platform review rules.

7. Suggest legitimate review platforms, book blogger opportunities, newsletter placements, and editorial review options.

Important rules:

Readers may receive a free review copy of the book, but they cannot be paid to post a customer review.

No one should be asked to leave a positive review.

No one should be asked to post on Amazon in exchange for money, gifts, gift cards, refunds, commissions, or future benefits.

Any paid editorial review, sponsored post, or influencer content must be clearly disclosed when required.

Deliverables:

A reviewer outreach list.

A tracking sheet.

Compliant outreach templates.

Weekly update on outreach progress.

Recommendations for next steps.

Experience I’m looking for:

Book launch experience.

ARC campaign experience.

Knowledge of Amazon review rules.

Knowledge of FTC disclosure rules.

Experience with nonfiction, business, leadership, self-development, or entrepreneurship books.

Strong organization and communication.

To apply, please answer:

1. What book review campaigns have you helped with before?

2. How do you keep review outreach compliant with Amazon and FTC rules?

3. What review platforms, blogger networks, or reader communities do you recommend?

4. What would your first 14 days look like on this project?

5. Have you worked with nonfiction business or leadership books before?

Please do not apply if your service involves fake reviews, guaranteed ratings, paid Amazon reviews, review swaps, or anything designed to manipulate a review platform.
