Job Summary

Be the face of our airline at Phoenix Sky Harbor! We're seeking a friendly, professional Customer Service Agent to assist travelers and coordinate with ground handling companies while ensuring a smooth and welcoming airport experience.

Key Responsibilities

· Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters and boarding gates

· Handle ticketing, baggage inquiries, and flight information

· Resolve customer concerns with empathy and efficiency

· Coordinate with ground handling company’s staff and flight crews

· Ensure compliance with TSA and airline policies

Qualifications

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred

· Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

· Familiarity with airline systems (e.g., Amadeus, CM) is a plus

· Must pass background checks and airport security clearance

Benefits

· Hourly rate is between $21.34 and $25.61, income is calculated based on the hours worked multiplied by the hourly rate

· 401K, the Company will match a min of 2% up to 3% of your regular income

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.34 - $25.61 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
