We are seeking experienced FULL TIME DRIVER to deliver and pick up FedEx packages from our local territories.

No Commercial driver’s license needed.

Work five or six days a week.

A minimum of one year of verifiable experience as a Delivery Driver, demonstrating reliability and competence.
Physical capability to lift, push, and pull packages weighing up to 100 lbs, ensuring safe handling practices.
Clean driving record, free from traffic violations and DUIs, reflecting responsible driving habits.
Clean criminal background
Legal authorization to work within the United States, in compliance with federal regulations.
Must be at least 21 years of age, in alignment with company and regulatory requirements.
Ability to successfully pass a comprehensive physical examination and drug screening, ensuring fitness for duty.
Willingness to undergo and clear a thorough background check, maintaining the integrity of our workforce.
Candidates who successfully pass the interview will be required to complete the following pre-employment screenings:
Physical Examination: A medical examination to confirm the candidate's physical capability to perform job-related tasks

Responsibilities

Role Summary: We are in search of a diligent Delivery Driver responsible for the pickup and delivery of packages within the local area.
This role demands a strong emphasis on punctuality, customer satisfaction, and adherence to safety protocols.
Execute timely deliveries of a diverse array of items to designated addresses, navigating various routes to ensure efficiency.
Perform thorough inspections, loading, unloading, and operation of delivery vehicles to maintain optimal functionality.
Engage professionally with clients to gather feedback and address any concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Strictly adhere to Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and uphold all safety standards to ensure compliance and safety.
Maintain clear and effective communication with fellow drivers and management to facilitate smooth operations.
Daily dispatch commences from Colorado Springs at 7:30 AM, with delivery routes primarily focused in the Colorado Springs region.

Drug Test: A standard drug screening to ensure compliance with our company's substance use policies
Work an 8-hour shift; occasional weekend work as needed.
