WHY JOIN OUR TEAM?</li><li> Competitive hourly pay with opportunities for performance-based incentives.</li><li>Vacation / Sick / Bereavement / Holiday Pay. </li><li>Employee Discounts (Brand Hotels & Company Hotels).</li><li> Free, Third-Party Employee Assistance Program (personal and professional).</li><li> Opportunities for growth within Vista Host’s expanding portfolio. </li><li>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Housekeeping Responsibilities</li><li> Provide a clean and safe environment for guests by cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and common areas.</li><li>Vacuum carpets, dust furniture, clean floors, and ensure all surfaces meet cleanliness standards.</li><li> Collect dirty linens and transport them to the laundry area, delivering fresh linens to room attendant carts as needed.</li><li> Restock guest room amenities, including towels, soaps, and toiletries.</li><li> Respond to guest requests in a timely manner, such as delivering extra linens or items from the front desk.</li><li>Assist with deep cleaning and organization of common areas and maintain the lobby functions.</li><li> Report any safety, maintenance, or housekeeping concerns to management.</li><li> Adhere to lost and found procedures, guest safety protocols, and hotel policies.</li><li> Acknowledge and greet guests in public spaces, anticipating and addressing their needs.</li><li> Ensure efficient completion of daily room cleaning assignments in a timely manner.</li><li> Use supplies and equipment responsibly, reporting any shortages or issues to management.</li><li> Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor with guests and team members.</li><li> Follow established schedules and support other departments as needed, performing additional tasks assigned by management.</li><li>Comply with hotel safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff. POSITION REQUIREMENTS</li><li> Must be able to stand for extended periods, frequently moving within and about the facility.</li><li> Ability to carry or lift items weighing up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 200 lbs.</li><li> Must frequently handle objects and equipment necessary for cleaning and maintenance tasks.</li><li>Basic reading and writing skills for understanding assignments, checklists, and guest requests.</li><li> Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.</li></ul>
