Intellectual Property Litigation Responsibilities Represent clients in intellectual property litigation, including patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secrets disputes. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and other litigation-related documents. Conduct legal research and analysis on complex IP issues. Intellectual Property Litigation Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from accredited law school. Actively barred in the state of residency. Minimum 3+ years of experience.
