Logistics Project & Processes Manager Intern Internship position (6 to 12 months duration) / Hybrid Model (remotely & on-site)

Launch your career in aviation logistics and project management!<br><br>Join our team for a 6–12 month internship and gain hands-on experience supporting Foreign Trade Zone initiatives, optimizing processes, and contributing to projects that drive operational excellence.<br><br>Learn from industry experts, make a real impact, and take the first step toward an exciting future with us!<br><br><strong>Tasks<br><br></strong>Your main tasks include, among others:<br><br><ul><li>Support LTCS Logistics Process Center with FTZ-related logistics processes, including material admissions, removals, transfers, inventory control, and compliance documentation</li><li>Assist in mapping current-state vs. future-state processes to align USA warehouse operations with FTZ regulatory requirements</li><li>Prepare and review of FTZ-related documentation, including CBP procedures manuals, SOPs, work instructions, and recordkeeping requirements</li><li>Use Logistics Management Systems and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools to perform processes root cause analysis and suggest solutions to streamline processes</li><li>Support the end-to-end FTZ activation project, including planning, execution, and post-go-live stabilization</li><li>Prepare presentations and executive summaries</li><li> All other duties as assigned or required<br><br></li></ul><strong>Requirements<br><br></strong>To make the most of this internship, you should have:<br><br><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree required</li><li>+1 year of professional experience required</li><li>Internship experience desirable</li><li>Fluency in English language required</li><li>German language desirable</li><li>Knowledge in project management, import/export and/or logistics</li><li>Excellent knowledge in Excel/Word/Access/PowerPoint/Visio</li><li>Knowledge of various LTCS/LHT systems, such as SAP,ProX,O365 etc. are desirable</li><li>Excellent use of email, internet, and other computer tools</li><li>Excellent quality consciousness</li><li>Excellent flexibility</li><li>Excellent independence</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills</li><li>Excellent judgment</li><li>Excellent professionalism</li><li>Excellent reliability</li><li>Excellent responsibility</li><li>Excellent teamwork</li><li>Willingness to travel</li><li>Must possess a valid driver’s license</li><li>Must possess a legal work permit in the U.S.</li><li> CV/Resume required</li><li> Company will not provide relocation assistance<br></li></ul>
