Looking for a HubSpot consultant to walk us through the basics
Auto ImportHey there,
We're pretty new to HubSpot and could use someone who knows it well to show us the ropes. We've used a CRM before, so we're not totally starting from zero, but HubSpot has a lot more going on and we want to make sure we're setting things up the right way instead of just poking around and hoping for the best.
What we're really after is someone who can walk us through how certain features and functionalities work, and give us insight on best practices for setting them up. Basically we learn best when someone can explain the "why" behind how things should be structured, not just the "how."
To be clear, we're not looking for you to build everything out for us. No implementation needed. This is more about helping us understand the platform so we can use it better ourselves going forward. Think of it like guided training sessions where we can ask questions and get pointed in the right direction.
A couple of the biggest things on our minds right now:
Attribution setup. We want to make sure attributions are tracking correctly between HubSpot and our ad platforms (Meta, Google Ads, Snapchat) along with organic, website, and direct traffic.
Another team set this up originally and honestly it feels all over the place, so we'd love help understanding how it should actually be structured and how to clean it up.
Campaign and automation setup. We want to understand how to build a campaign the right way from start to finish. That means everything from what triggers it, to how the automations flow, to how you split branches based on whether someone takes an action or doesn't respond, that kind of thing.
We want to get how the logic works so we can build these confidently on our own.
A few things that would be great:
- Solid hands-on HubSpot experience (bonus if you've onboarded teams before)
- Comfortable explaining things in plain English
- Patient and good at answering questions as they come up
If this sounds like something you'd enjoy, send us a quick note about your HubSpot background and how you usually approach this kind of thing. Looking forward to connecting!
