Maintenance Control Technician

Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks on all aircraft in compliance with company and industry standards. Coordinate and communicate with other maintenance personnel, pilots, and ground crew to ensure timely and efficient resolution of any maintenance issues. Troubleshoot and diagnose aircraft mechanical and electrical systems, and implement necessary repairs or replacements. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all maintenance activities and log any discrepancies or issues. Ensure that all necessary equipment and tools are properly maintained and calibrated for safe and effective use. Monitor and track maintenance schedules and perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks. Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and safety standards, and ensure compliance with all applicable rules and regulations. Conduct regular safety checks and participate in safety meetings to identify and address any potential hazards. Assist in training and mentoring new maintenance technicians to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
