National Partner Manager - Managed Services Providers

- Serve as the subject matter expert and primary catalyst for MSP growth within the assigned geographic region.
- Partner closely with regional sales teams and Partner Account Managers to identify, cultivate, and close complex MSP deals.
- Document each named MSP’s current service offerings, go-to-market plans, and expansion opportunities.
- Work with account teams to expand existing services while following program pricing, incentive models, and tagging requirements.
- Identify and help launch new service offerings with existing MSP partners.
- Act as the primary point of contact for MSPs on go-to-market activities, QBRs, service creation, program requirements, and incentives.
- Identify top target MSPs in the territory for each XaaS offering that are not currently in the MSP program.
- Lead the full lifecycle from MSP identification and pitching through service creation, program participation, and transaction close.
- Support regional enablement by answering MSP and program-related questions from sales teams.
- Drive understanding and adoption of pricing models and processes to avoid channel conflict.
Requirements:
- Strong cross-functional leadership experience and excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience developing reseller and distributor channels with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
- Ability to assess, plan, and actively manage a national partner or territory to maximize revenue and efficiency.
- BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, or Software Engineering preferred.
- Experience supporting sales or channels for enterprise storage, networking, or systems solutions.
- Experience working with large enterprise accounts.
- Experience in a matrixed environment partnering with internal sales and partner teams.
- Ability to manage complex partner relationships and consensus across internal and external groups.
Benefits:
- Annual base salary range of $133,800 to $220,800 USD.
