Oil Field Dispatcher

Job Description:
Our Oil Field Dispatchers Average Between $20 - $23 Per Hour (Depending On Experience)
Average Weekly Gross of $1,400 - $1,600

Schedule:

• Rotating Schedule
• 12 Hour Shifts
• Hiring For AM & PM Position
• 50+ Hours Per Week

Responsibilities:

• Scheduling Coordination:
  
  • Oversee the scheduling of drivers and loads, coordinating with field and operations teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.
  
  
• Compliance & Safety:
  
  • Ensure dispatch operations adhere to DOT Regulations, safety protocols, and company standards. Track and manage driver hours to remain in compliance with Hours of Service (HOS) regulations.
  
  
• Customer Service:
  
  • Address any customer inquires related to delivery schedules and troubleshoot issues, maintaining strong communication and client satisfaction.
  
  
• Performance Tracking:
  
  • Monitor key performance indicators, including on-time deliveries, driver hours, and route efficiency, and implement improvements as needed.
  
  

Job Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of dispatch management or equivalent experience managing a small team

• • Preferably in the oil & gas or transportation/logistics industries
  
  

Regulatory Knowledge:

• Familiarity with DOT & FMCSA regulations and ability to manage compliance

Leadership Skills:

• Strong ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency with dispatch and fleet management software, MS Office, and the ability to quickly adapt to a new systems

Excellent Communication:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively across departments

Wage Range: 20.00 - 23.00 per hour
