We are looking for a Sourcer (Contract) who will support the recruitment function by building and cultivating SALES talent pipelines for our hiring needs. The role is instrumental in our ability to scale the organization. This includes: sourcing, driving candidate pipeline, cultivating and nurturing relationships with candidates, and guiding strong partnerships with the recruiters. As a member of our Talent team you'll be responsible for the development, assessment, and delivery of uniquely qualified, diverse candidates for PagerDuty. Your focus is to deliver amazing customer and candidate experience, developing lasting relationships and partnering closely with HR colleagues. You will be part of an experienced, collaborative, fun Talent Acquisition team that is passionate about PagerDuty’s success.


How You Impact Our Vision: Key Responsibilities

    • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand requirements of each role, the function and how it contributes to the organization.
    • Search nd use effective messaging to engage candidates for all sales (Enterprise Sales, Presales, channel Sales, customer success) and hard to fill roles.
    • Master the details of the company and the job in order to build talent pipelines
    • Execute on tactical research, referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns.
    • Build relationships within candidate communities to maintain and nurture a network of potential candidates.
    • Screening and qualifying calls to candidates.
    • Consistent and accurate tracking of activity and outcomes for reporting

About You: Qualifications

    • Growth minded and eager to expand the skillset
    • Creative and can think out of the box to source candidates for hard to fill roles while consistently identifying new sourcing channels.
    • Passionate and resourceful with a relentless ability to produce a consistently high volume of reach-outs to targeted passive candidates.
    • Organized and detail oriented
    • 2+ years sourcing experience with experience developing multiple search strategies for field sales roles.
    • Experience creating and executing sourcing campaigns, candidate management, diversity sourcing.
    • Experience managing activity and outcomes to metrics
    • Experience using ATS, Linked In, CRM
