Social Media Manager - Intern · ₱10,000/month · Remote (Philippines)

Meant is a mobile app built around one idea: match in real-time . No endless swiping, no waiting — we connect people in the moment. We're early-stage, and we're looking for someone to help build our voice from the ground up and make Meant impossible to ignore online.

This is a brand-building role with real ownership. You won't be posting to an existing playbook - you'll be writing it.

What you'll do

• Own Meant's presence across platforms - Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and wherever our audience lives
• Build and run the content calendar - graphics, and copy that actually gets shared
• Write scroll-stopping captions and copy in Meant's voice
• Jump on trends fast and turn them into content that fits the brand
• Grow and engage the community - replies, DMs, and comments
• Help plan and run campaigns, and work with creators
• Track what's working - reach, engagement, growth, and double down on it

What we're looking for

• A real feel for internet culture and what makes content spread, especially on TikTok and Instagram
• Solid copywriting and a sense of brand voice
• Comfortable creating content - basic graphics
• A self-starter who moves fast, brings ideas, and takes feedback well

Nice to have

• Basic design skills (Canva, Figma)
• Experience with consumer, social, or lifestyle brands
• Used a dating app before
