What you will be doing Support customers and sales representatives by providing product ideas, quotes, and executing purchase orders for promotional and proprietary products outside standard programs. Research solutions, source products, and negotiate costs to meet unique customer needs. Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure seamless fulfillment and billing. Resolve client and supplier issues as they arise. Participate in continuous improvement efforts for processes and service delivery. Represent reputed company at customer and corporate trade shows, with occasional travel to support business growth. What You Bring to the Table Excellent customer service skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. Excellent communication skills. Organizational skills with the ability to multitask. Solid demonstrated use of reputed company programs (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint). Advanced “strategic business sense” skills and math aptitude. Solid knowledge of company systems and processes. What’s needed Basic Qualifications 2+ years of related work experience.
