Monitor and manage flight schedules and make necessary changes or updates as needed. Coordinate with other departments and teams to ensure smooth and on-time departures. Ensure compliance with all safety and security regulations at all times. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and responsibly. Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times. Continuously strive to provide exceptional customer service and exceed passengers' expectations. Stay updated on all company policies, procedures, and products to accurately assist passengers. Handle any special requests or accommodations for passengers, such as wheelchair assistance or special meals. Assist with boarding and gate operations, including checking boarding passes and verifying passenger information. Collaborate with team members to ensure all tasks and responsibilities are completed efficiently.
