Virtual Care Center Medical Assistant (1pm-10pm shift)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage messages and handle telephone encounters to support efficient patient care
- Assist the call center nurse in providing necessary information for scheduled visits
- Support post-discharge appointments, referrals, and DME orders
- Collect discharge records, medical histories, and treatment plans as required
- Perform other job-related duties as needed to ensure smooth operations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma required
- Medical Assistant Certificate or completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Minimum of 2 years of established Medical Assistant experience
- Proficiency with computers and strong communication skills
