Virtual Clerical Support
Auto ImportPassion Home Health Services is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Clerical Support team member to assist with administrative and documentation tasks in a fully remote environment. This role supports daily operations by maintaining accurate records, organizing documentation, and ensuring smooth internal communication.
Key Responsibilities
Perform accurate data entry and update internal systems
Organize, maintain, and manage electronic files and records
Prepare and format reports, forms, and correspondence
Assist with scheduling coordination and follow-up communications
Support onboarding paperwork and document tracking
Respond to internal and external email inquiries professionally
Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA standards
Assist with general clerical and administrative projects as assigned
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred
Previous clerical, administrative, or office support experience preferred
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Reliable internet connection and secure home workspace
Preferred Skills
Experience in home healthcare or medical office settings
Familiarity with electronic record systems or scheduling software
Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
Compensation
$20 – $26 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
